
Our Policy
​
•We Request you book your picnic at least 3 days in advance.
•If you have a last minute booking please send us a message, we will do our best to accommodate you.
•We require a deposit of $50 to reserve.
•Payment is made by credit card through the website.
•We will make the full refund of the deposit if the cancellation is made before 24 hours after the reservation.
•The reservation deposit will not be refundable after 24 hours.
•Full payment must be made at least 24 hours before the activity.
•Payment it’s not refundable.
•If you need to reschedule your picnic please contact us 72 hours before your scheduled picnic.
•Picnic cancelled with less than 72 hours will forfeit reservation deposit and an additional $50 cancellation fee applies. The remainder paid less the deposit will be credited for a future picnic.
•If the client cancel, can re-book within 3 months from the original event date. Please remember that we cannot guarantee the date or item availability.
•We live in Rain-couver and as you know sunshine is not always guaranteed! We strongly advise you to have a pre-selected backup location, where we can still continue the event as planned.
•If on the day of the picnic there is a high probability of rain and the client does not have a back up location where we can hold the picnic within the metropolitan area, the picnic must be canceled and the client can reschedule a new date within the next 3 months.
•During the picnic the client is responsible for the equipment, if there is any oversight that presents damage or stains to the equipment, the security deposit will not be refundable.
•If rain is coming, the client must communicate it immediately and protect the equipment with the plastic that will be left in the baskets.
•A security deposit will be included in the bill to cover any damaged or lost equipment. If there is no damage or loss, the equipment will be returned to the credit card where the payment was made within 5 to 10 business days.
•It is important to take care of all the equipment, if there is any broken, damaged or stain in the equipment the security deposit will not be return.
•In case the damage exceeds the total security deposit, it will be invoiced to the client in charge of the reservation.
•You are responsible for ALL picnic items until we arrive to clean-up.
•If for some reason you wish to leave early you must notify us by phone call or text 30 minutes in advance.
•If you are late to your picnic, we have a 15 min grace period. We are not obligated to extend your picnic time more than 15 minutes if you are late.
•After 15 minutes late, a $ 20 late fee will be charged, $ 40 after one hour late.
•You can book your picnic any day available from 10am to 6pm
•The client can include different equipment or services to his picnic for an additional cost. Go to the services area "add ons" to know the options.
•All picnic packages have a duration of 2.5 hours
•If need more time to enjoy, you can always add additional hours for $50 each hour.
•If you decide to make an extension during the event, you must notify one hour in advance.
