Our Policy
We Request you book your picnic at least 3 days in advance.
If you have a last minute booking please send us a message, we will do our best to accommodate you.
When we confirm that the date and time of interest is available, we require a deposit of $50 to reserve.
We will contact you to obtain payment information and coordinate details or any additional services.

We will make the full refund of the deposit if the cancellation is made before 24 hours after the reservation.
The reservation deposit will not be refundable after 24 hours.
50% of the total bill is required 7 days before your picnic date.
Full payment must be made 24 hours before the activity.
Payment it’s not refundable.
The client must provide us with the location within the metropolitan area of Puerto Rico. If the client does not have the location, we can manage the permit with the municipality of San Juan for the locations of Laguna del Condado and Parque Tercer Milenio. This permit carries an additional charge of $50 (depending on the size of your picnic) and this amount will be applied to your final bill.
If you need to reschedule your picnic please contact us 72 hours before your scheduled picnic.
Picnic canceled with less than 72 hours will lose the deposit and only the remaining 50% paid minus the deposit will be credited for a future picnic.
You can re-book within 3 months from the original event date. All amounts paid will be moved to your future date. Please remember that we cannot guarantee the date or item availability.
We live in Rain-couver and as you know sunshine is not always guaranteed! We strongly advise you to have a pre-selected backup location, where we can still continue the event as planned. You may also want to consider renting a tent: we can provide you with some recommendations.
During the picnic the client is responsible for the equipment, if there is any oversight that presents damage or stains to the equipment, the security deposit will not be refundable.
If rain is coming, the client must communicate it immediately and protect the equipment with the plastic that will be left in the baskets.
A deposit of $ 40 is required to cover equipment damage or lost.
It is important to take care of all the equipment, if there is any broken or damaged equipment it will be billed, in case of stains it must be reported immediately.
The $ 40 deposit will be returned at the end of the event.
You are responsible for ALL picnic items until we arrive to clean-up.
If for some reason you wish to leave early you must notify us by phone call or text 30 minutes in advance.
If you are late to your picnic, we have a 15 min grace period. We are not obligated to extend your picnic time more than 15 minutes if you are late.
After 30 minutes late, a $ 20 late fee will be charged, $ 40 after one hour late.
You can book your picnic any day available from 10am to 7pm
All picnic packages have a duration of 2.5 hours
If need more time to enjoy, you can always add additional hours for $50 each hour.
If you decide to make an extension during the event, you must notify one hour in advance.
