Our booking process is designed to make planning your picnic simple and convenient, with options to suit your style, occasion, and preferences.

1. Explore Our Services & Reserve Your Date

Visit our Services page to explore our picnic packages and find the experience that best suits your occasion. Each service includes a detailed description of what's included, the available duration, and the features of your selected setup.

Once you've selected your preferred package, you can proceed with your reservation by submitting the required $50 reservation deposit, which will be applied as a credit toward your final invoice.

Planning a unique experience outside our established packages? You can also find Customize Your Picnic within our Services section. This option allows you to secure your preferred date with the same $50 reservation deposit while we coordinate the details of your personalized picnic based on your custom quote.

 

2. Request a Customized Quote

If your desired picnic experience falls outside our established packages, please visit the Contact Form section of our website to submit your quote request.

To help us prepare your customized quote, please provide the following information:

• Full name

• Email address

• Number of guests

• Preferred equipment and add-ons: Include any additional equipment, décor, or services you'd like from our Equipment & Services section, if applicable.

• Location: Let us know whether you already have a location or need us to arrange a permit for one of our available locations.

• Preferred time: Your desired picnic start time.

Once we receive your information, our team will review your request and prepare a quote based on your preferences, location requirements, and availability.

After reviewing your quote, you can use the Customize Your Picnic option in our Services section to secure your preferred date with the $50 reservation deposit. This deposit will be credited toward your final invoice.

Please note that submitting a quote request alone does not secure your date. Date availability and reservation details must be confirmed.

3. Personalize Your Experience

After your reservation deposit is received, our team will contact you by phone to discuss and coordinate the details of your picnic.

During this call, we will review:

• Color selection: Choose your preferred color palette for your picnic setup.

• Celebration details: Tell us what you're celebrating, whether it's a birthday, anniversary, marriage proposal, or another special occasion.

• Location: Confirm your preferred location and discuss any necessary permits or access requirements.

• Add-ons: Confirm any additional equipment, décor, and services you'd like to include.

Once all details have been finalized, we will prepare and send your final invoice reflecting your selected service, additional options, applicable fees, and the credit for your $50 reservation deposit.

4. Customize Your Picnic with Add-Ons

Make your picnic uniquely yours! Regardless of which package you choose, you can enhance your experience with additional equipment, décor, and services available through our Equipment & Services section.

Browse this section of our website to explore the available add-ons and review the details of each option. From extra shade and decorative elements to special touches for your celebration, you can personalize your picnic to suit your vision.

You can include your preferred add-ons when submitting a customized quote request through our Contact Form or discuss them with our team during your reservation call.

Please note that add-ons are optional, may involve additional charges, and are subject to availability.

 

5. Choose Your Location

Clients are welcome to provide their own preferred location within the San Juan metropolitan area, provided the space allows for convenient access, setup, and any required authorization or permits.

Need help finding the perfect spot? We can assist with arranging a permit for one of our beautiful outdoor locations in San Juan.

Laguna del Condado — Lagoon View

Enjoy a peaceful picnic setting on the grass, surrounded by palm trees and beautiful views of the lagoon. This location offers a relaxing atmosphere for romantic picnics and special celebrations.

Parque Tercer Milenio (El Escambrón) — Ocean View

Create unforgettable memories in a beautiful grassy outdoor setting with palm trees and scenic ocean views. It's a wonderful option for enjoying the natural beauty of Puerto Rico while celebrating a special occasion.

Location Permit Fee

When KIO Lux Picnic arranges the location permit through the Municipality of San Juan, a $50 permit fee applies and will be included in your final invoice.

If you provide your own authorized location, this permit fee does not apply.

Please note that location availability, access, and authorization requirements must be confirmed before your picnic. All locations are subject to applicable municipal regulations and permit approval.

6. Arrive on Time & Enjoy Your Experience

We want your picnic experience to begin smoothly and beautifully. Punctuality is essential to ensuring everything runs according to the agreed schedule.

Our team will communicate with you via text message regarding your scheduled experience. Please arrive promptly at your confirmed appointment time and remain available for any necessary communication on the day of your picnic.

Arriving on time allows us to coordinate your experience efficiently and respect the schedule established for your reservation.
